FlousPay is a prepaid mobile top-up and mobile data platform operated by Groupe Kebek IA. Top-ups and data bundles are fulfilled by third-party mobile operators and distributors.

When enabled, you may buy a new branded gift card issued through Reloadly. The country of use, face value and total price are displayed before Stripe payment. The code is available only in the buyer’s account. This purchase does not reload an existing card or add funds to the FlousPay balance. The brand’s terms apply. After a confirmed delivery failure, FlousPay requests a full refund from Stripe; uncertain delivery must be checked before refunding.

A top-up or data bundle can be purchased for your own number or someone else's. Depending on the operator, the order delivers the service to the selected number or provides an activation code. It does not add funds to the recipient's FlousPay balance.

The FlousPay balance is used only to pay for top-ups and data bundles on the platform. It is neither a bank account nor a payment account, and it earns no interest.

The word “top-up” always refers to mobile airtime or mobile data delivered to a prepaid line.

The top-up or bundle delivered to the recipient number matches what is shown before payment, in the operator's local currency. Service fees and the applied exchange rate are disclosed before any confirmation.

A delivered order is non-refundable. A failed order is refunded in full to the original payment method within five business days.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the number entered. Per-order and monthly limits apply depending on the market.

For travel bookings, we collect traveller names and contact details, travel dates and itinerary, and the passport information required for flights. This information is linked to the customer account and sent to Nuitée and travel service providers to prepare, fulfil and track the booking. Travel records are encrypted at rest and retained for up to 180 days after travel, then automatically deleted; legal recordkeeping requirements for supporting documents apply separately. Secure payment is processed for Nuitée by Stripe: FlousPay does not store card numbers. Access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to info@flouspay.com.

We collect the email, the recipient number and the order data required for delivery and receipts. Payment data is processed by the payment provider and never touches our servers.

For gift cards, we send Reloadly the order reference, brand, value and country of use. Codes are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the account owner. Stripe receives the information needed for payment and receipts, including the buyer’s email. We do not store payment card numbers.

For collaborators only, when the service is enabled, an identity document can be verified on a secure Stripe Identity page. Stripe collects document images and information under its privacy and retention terms. FlousPay retains only the reference, status and consent to the flow, without copying documents or extracted information. No selfie comparison is requested in this flow. Access or deletion requests go through FlousPay support, including requests relating to data held by Stripe.

Audience measurement starts only after your explicit agreement. Until you accept, no measurement tracker is set and nothing is sent to Google. A refusal signalled by your browser, such as Global Privacy Control, is honoured without asking. Measured visits concern public catalog pages. Link parameters and fragments are excluded from reported addresses, and referral links are reduced to their origin. Only predefined campaign labels are retained. With your agreement, recent server-confirmed purchases are measured: amount, currency, product type, market and a pseudonymous transaction identifier. Phone numbers, email addresses and order references are not sent to Google. Source and campaign labels remain in this tab for 30 minutes; up to 100 pseudonymous identifiers help prevent duplicates in this browser. Without agreement or a return to confirmation, a purchase may be missing in GA4. This measures purchases, not net revenue after refunds. Advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data.

Data is retained for the applicable legal period, then deleted. You may request access to or deletion of your data at the support address.
