FlousPay is a service operated by SOS Hub, Inc.. It lets you purchase mobile top-ups and pay bills with third-party providers.

The amount received by the recipient is the one shown before payment, in local currency. Service fees and the applied rate are disclosed before any confirmation.

A delivered order is non-refundable. A failed order is refunded in full to the original payment method within five business days.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the number or reference entered. Per-transaction and monthly limits depend on the market and on identity verification.

We collect the email, the recipient number and the order data required for delivery and receipts. Card data is processed by the payment provider and never touches our servers.

Data is retained for the legal period applicable to anti-money-laundering obligations, then deleted. You may request access to or deletion of your data at the support address.
